Abhishek is an experienced engineering leader, currently Head of Engineering at Wingspan, serves as an Advisor for Blee, a Y-Combinator startup, and is a Managing Director for NOOE, a Red Dot Design startup. He has been part of 6 startups out of which 4 are worth more than a billion dollars including Rippling, Course Hero, Dialpad, and Shutterstock. He is a builder, leader, coach, and mentor of high-performing teams and strives to use his engineering experience, data, and instincts to build awesome teams and even more awesome products. Outside of his startup obsession, he also considers himself a guitarist and chef in the making.
